Sweet Chilli Seafood Udon

Ingredients

Japanese udon noodles  150g
Mixed raw seafood, thawed if frozen  150g
Onion, shredded 1
Carrot, shredded 1
Red chilli, sliced and deseeded (optional) 1
Vegetable oil  1Tbsp

Method

1 Blanch the seafood for 1 minute, drain and set aside
2 Stir-fry onion, carrot and red chilli for 3 minutes or until cooked.
3 Add the noodles, seafood and sauce mix until heated through.
4 Add in the chilli sauce at your liking before serve.
