Beef and Broccoli in Oyster Sauce

Delicious but simple classic dish

Ingredients

Rump beef, cut into strips 150g
Broccoli, broken into small florets 1
Spring onions sliced 1

Method

1 Marinate the beef and set aside for 15 minutes. Blanch the broccoli for 3 minutes.
2 Heat the vegetable oil in a wok until smoking, add the beef and stir fry until half done.
3 Add the remaining ingredients and cook for a further 2 minutes, stirring occasionally and serve.
