Marinate the beef for 10 minutes then mix with the egg mixture, then drain.
Add the beef into the cornflour bowl then toss until fully coated before deep frying until golden.
Sauté minced ginger and garlic in a saucepan, add in the crispy beef and spring onions. Serve with Lee Kum Kee (Professional) Cantonese Sweet Chilli Sauce as a dipping sauce.
