Baked Scallops in Black Bean Garlic Sauce

Ingredients

Scallops with shell 4pcs
Lee Kum Kee Black Bean Garlic Paste 15g
Grated cheese 30g
Chicken stock 15g
Basil, finely chopped 10g
Shallot, finely chopped 10g

Method

1 Clean and devein the scallops.
2 Blend all other ingredients together and put on the top of the scallops
3 Bake in oven at 180°C for 6-8minutes.
