Plum Duck Wrap

Ingredients

Duck breasts 2
Tortilla wraps 4
Lettuce leaves, shredded 25g
Coriander, sectioned 10g

Method

1 Coat the duck breasts in Plum Sauce,.
2 Place onto a baking sheet and bake at 180°C/Gas Mark 4 for 15 minutes or until cooked.
3 Spread Plum Sauce over the wraps and divide the lettuce and coriander evenly.
