A medium hot concentrated chilli paste made from a careful blend of salted chillies and minced garlic to create a unique ingredient paste. 

Top seller with the trade. Great with seafood, mix with mayonnaise or ketchup to make chilli burger sauce, or simply blend into mashed potatoes to give it a different, nice colour.

To create ‘Kung Pao’ spicy sweet sauce, simply mix Hoisin Sauce and Chilli Garlic Paste (2:1).
