Potato Mash in Chilli Garlic Sauce

Ingredients

White potatoes, peeled and roughly chopped 450g
Sweet potatoes, peeled and chopped 300g
Melted butter 30g

Method

1 Boil all potatoes and simmer for 15 minutes until tender
2 Drain the water, and then mash with the Lee Kum Kee (Professional) Chilli Garlic Paste and butter
Serves   2-4
