Gluten Free Oyster Sauce

Teriyaki Pork Chop

Ingredients

Thin cut boneless pork loin chops  300g
Canned pineapple rings, halved 4
Spring onion, sliced (optional) 1

Marinade

Sauce Mix

Corn flour  1Tsp

Method

1 Marinate the pork for 30 minutes.
2 Stir-fry the pork over medium heat until golden brown.
3 Add the sauce mix and pineapple, cook together for a further 5 minutes until cooked through and thickened. Scatter over spring onions slices (if using) before serving.
