Gluten Free Oyster Sauce

Sweet & Sour Chicken with Noodles

                                                                                                      A very simple way to impress.

Ingredients

Chicken thighs, de-boned and cut into strips 2
Ginger, finely sliced  1Tbsp
Garlic, crushed  2 cloves 
Spring onions, sliced 2
Mixed vegetables  50g
Cooked noodles  100g
Oil  2Tbsp

Method

1 Marinate the chicken for 15 minutes, set aside.
2 Sauté ginger and garlic in oil, then stir fry chicken for 5 minutes.
3 Add in vegetables and noodles, stir fry until all heated through, then add in Lee Kum Kee (Professional) Sweet and Sour Sauce , mix well before serve.
