Gluten Free Oyster Sauce

Spicy Honey Garlic Pork Stir Fry

Ingredients

Pork fillet, sliced 450g
Spring onion, sectioned 2pcs
Garlic, crushed 1 clove
Small chilli, finely chopped 1

Marinade

Sauce Mix

Small chilli, finely chopped 1
Honey 20g
Water 30g

Method

1 Marinate pork for 10 minutes.
2 Stir fry pork with garlic in 15g of oil until cooked. Add sauce mix and spring onion. Cook until sauce thickens.
