Chilli Garlic Paste

Spicy Honey BBQ Pork Pizza

Ingredients

Pork belly, about 3cm wide, rindless 300g
Mozzarella, sliced 100g
Red onion, medium thin slices (3mm) 1 whole
Baby spinach  1handful
Flat leaf parsley, chopped  1small handful
Parmigiano cheese, grated  2Tbsp
Pizza base mix  1box

Method

1 Prepare Pizza Base mix according to manufacturer’s instruction.
2 Marinade pork belly with Lee Kum Kee (Professional) Chinese Style Honey BBQ Marinade (Char Siu Sauce) and set aside for 30 minutes.
3 Prepare sauce mix and set aside for use later.
4 Pre heat oven to 180C.
5 Roast pork belly for 15 mins, allow to cool down before slicing across, about 1cm thick.
6 Raise oven temperature to 220C.
7 Spread sauce mix all over the pizza base. Scatter red onion, spinach and BBQ pork followed by mozzarella cheese.
8 Bake between 15 to 18 minutes or until edges turn golden brown.
9 Garnish with chopped flat leaf parsley and Parmigiano cheese. Serve hot.
