Premium Light Soy Sauce

Grilled Chilli Squid

Ingredients

Medium-sized whole squid, cleaned 4
Handful of fresh coriander, finely chopped 1
Lime, cut into wedges (for serving) 1
Salt and pepper to season

Marinade

Olive oil  15g
Diced onions  15g
Black pepper to taste
Zest and juice of 2 limes

Method

1 Score the squid diagonally and combine with the marinade ingredients.
2 Cover and chill in fridge for at least 2 hours.
3 Heat a BBQ or griddle pan to a high heat and grill the squid for 45 seconds to 1 minute each side (depending on size of squid). The squid will change from transparent to white when cooked.
4 Season with salt and pepper. Serve with lime wedges and chopped coriander.
