Gluten Free Oyster Sauce

Chicken Skewers with Chilli Garlic Paste

Ingredients

Chicken thigh fillet, cut into small cubes 200g
Wooden skewers, soaked 8
Red and green pepper, chopped 1
Onion, chopped 1

Method

1 Marinate chicken with the marinade.
2 Thread the cubed chicken with pepper and onion onto 8 wood skewers.
3 Grill or barbecue for 5 minutes, turn once during cooking until golden brown, or to your liking then serve.
