Prepare Pizza Base mix according to manufacturer’s instruction.
Marinade pork belly with Lee Kum Kee (Professional) Chinese Style Honey BBQ Marinade (Char Siu Sauce) and set aside for 30 minutes.
Prepare sauce mix and set aside for use later.
Pre heat oven to 180C.
Roast pork belly for 15 mins, allow to cool down before slicing across, about 1cm thick.
Raise oven temperature to 220C.
Spread sauce mix all over the pizza base. Scatter red onion, spinach and BBQ pork followed by mozzarella cheese.
Bake between 15 to 18 minutes or until edges turn golden brown.
Garnish with chopped flat leaf parsley and Parmigiano cheese. Serve hot.
