Heat oven to 180°C. Once ready, place cauliflower and half of the vegetable oil in oven tray, spread evenly and cook for 8 minutes.
Mix garlic and ginger with the rest of vegetable oil and sauce mix in a bowl. Add these to the cauliflower and mix well. Return to oven and cook for another 10 minutes. Turn the cauliflower once in the middle of cooking.
Remove from oven and serve hot.
Garnish with flat leaf parsley.
Serve with cooked rice or noodles.
