Beef with Black Bean Sauce

Ingredients

Beef tenderloin, sliced 300 g
Red bell pepper, cut into pieces ½
Green bell pepper, cut into pieces ½

Method

1 Stir-fry beef in 15g oil until done.
2 Stir in bell peppers.
3 Add Black Bean Garlic Sauce and heat through.
Serves   4
