Chiu Chow Chilli Oil Free Tasting - Terms & Conditions

1. ELIGIBILITY:

1.1 Offer open to all individual entities, with a background of catering chefs and professionals, restaurant operators and professionals in catering industry, who reside in UK residents aged 18 and over only, except employees of the Lee Kum Kee, their immediate families and agents, and anyone else professionally connected with the offer.

1.2 This competition/promotion is no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with any third parties supermarkets, Facebook, Instagram or Mailchimp.

2 TO ENTER THE FREE TASTING:

2.1.1 Purchase is unnecessary and internet access is required

2.1.2 In total there are a potential 150 Lee Kum Kee Chiu Chow Chilli Oil (170g) that are available to the public within the promotional period.

2.1.3 By completing your details via the form, this will count as one entry. Maximum one prize per e-mail address per person.

2.1.6 For each eligible entry, you are required to provide information that are listed in the form. Prize will be allocated on first come first serve basis.

2.1.7 The entry will open at 10:00 on 8th February 2021 GMT

2.1.8 This promotion will end once all prizes are claimed.

2.2.1 Your postage details and telephone contact number will be used only if you are successfully claimed the prize. They will be used for delivery purpose and should be shared with Lee Kum Kee privately upon request.

2.2.2 After verification, winners will be contacted by a Lee Kum Kee employee via email within 7 working days of the competition close if your e-mail address is provided. 

2.2.3 The prizes will be dispatched within 30 days of confirmation of postage.

2.2.4 Please allow 28 days for delivery of your prize from the date of dispatch.

2.2.5 In the event of unforeseen circumstances, Lee Kum Kee reserves the right to substitute the prize for an alternative of equal or equivalent value.

4. ADDITIONAL NOTES

4.1 Lee Kum Kee (Europe) accepts no responsibility for late, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, corrupted or misdirected entries, network failure or delay.

4.2  All entries must be made directly by the person entering the promotion.

4.3  Bulk requests made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted.  Incomplete or illegible requests and requests which do not satisfy the requirements of these terms and conditions in full will be disqualified and will not be counted.  If it becomes apparent that a participant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’, masking their identity by manipulating IP addresses, using identities other than their own or any other automated means, that person’s requests will be disqualified and any prize award will be void.

4.4 Prizes are not refundable, transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

4.5 Lee Kum Kee cannot be held responsible for third party products and services offered as prizes and all such prizes may be subject to Lee Kum Kee's standard terms and conditions.

4.6 Upon any conflicting terms between translations, any dispute will be settled based on the English version T&C.

5 EXTRA TERMS

5.1 Lee Kum Kee cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss or injury suffered by any entrant entering the competition or as a result of accepting or participating in any prize.

5.2 Nothing shall exclude Lee Kum Kee's liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence or generally for intent as well as for gross negligence.

5.3 By entering this competition, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions.

5.4 In all aspects of this promotion, Lee Kum Kee's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the promotion.

5.6  This promotion is governed by English Law and participants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
