Wonton Soup

Ingredients

Chicken meat, sliced  200g
American ginseng, sliced  10g
Red dates, stoned  10 pcs
Ginger 2 slices
Shanghai cabbage or green vegetables 150 g
Frozen wontons 10 pcs
Salt and pepper to taste

Marinade

Sugar 2g
Salt 2g
Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil 5g
Cornstarch 5g
Chicken Bouillon Powder 4Tsp
Hot water 1 litre

Method

1 Mix chicken with marinade.
2 Bring chicken stock to a boil. Add chicken, American ginseng, red dates and ginger. Simmer for 15 minutes.
3 Add Shanghai cabbage, wontons and cook for about 3 minutes or until wontons are done.
4 Season to taste and serve hot.
