Thai Sweet Chilli Chicken Wings

Ingredients

Chicken wings 350g
Oil 30g

Marinade

Cornflour 5g
Lemongrass, finely chopped 5g
Salt

Method

1 Put chicken wings in marinade for 30 minutes.
2 Pan fry chicken wings in oil over low heat until cooked through.
3 Add sauce mix until heated through and serve hot.
Serves   2 as main or 4 as starter
