Gluten Free Oyster Sauce

Stir Fry Black Bean Chicken or Chilli Chicken

Ingredients

Chicken breast, cut into cubes or diced (or Quorn mince as vegetarian alternative) 300g
Cooking oil 15g
Shallot, finely chopped 1
Small green pepper, diced 1
Small red or yellow bell pepper, diced 1

Method

1 Marinate the chicken with Lee Kum Kee (Professional) Gluten Free Oyster Sauce and set aside.
2 Sauté shallots over medium heat for 2 minutes, add chicken to stir fry for 5 minutes.
3 Add in the peppers and sauce mix for a further 3 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
