Hoisin Spare Ribs

                                                           Delicious sticky pork ribs that are great served hot with some white fluffy rice.

Method

1 Marinate spare ribs for 15 minutes in 4 Tbsp Lee Kum Kee (Professional) Hoisin Sauce and 1 Tbsp Lee Kum Kee (Professional) Premium Light Soy Sauce .
2 Oven cook for 20 minutes at 200°C/Gas Mark 6.
3 Brush with a further 1 Tbsp Lee Kum Kee (Professional) Hoisin Sauce and cook for a further 5 minutes or until cooked through
