Chow Mein with Mixed Vegetables

                                                                                          This is a classic Chinese stir-fry dish.

Ingredients

Ready to cook noodles or 150g dried egg noodles, cooked according to instructions 300g
Mixed stir-fry vegetables (or a mix of sliced peppers, cabbage, carrots)  300g
Onion, sliced 1
Garlic clove, finely chopped 1
Vegetable oil  2Tsp
Water  4Tbsp

Method

1 Heat pan to medium heat. Add oil
2 Add sliced onions and stir-fry for 2 mins. Add mixed vegetables and mix well with onions and cook for 2 mins.
3 Add Lee Kum Kee (Professional) Chow Mein Stir-fry Sauce , noodles and water. Mix well and stir-fry over high heat for 3 mins.
4 Serve hot.
