Black Pepper Beef Fillet Cubes

Ingredients

Beef fillet (diced in cube)  200g

Sauce Mix

Lee Kum Kee Black Pepper Sauce  2 Tbsp
Butter  1 Tsp

Method

1 Marinate beef with Oyster Sauce, and set aside.
2 Stir fry beef in high heat with vegetable oil until medium well, add in the sauce mix, turn down the heat, mix well and then serve.

Tips

1 Pepper Spiced Black Pepper Steak Sauce:
2 2 Tbsp Lee Kum Kee Black Pepper Sauce
3 2 Tbsp Water or cream
